Your order will process within 1-2 business days of being received. Shipping estimates will be calculated once your item leaves the warehouse. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your goods within the US. We only sell in-stock items and will notify you of any unusual circumstances that many delay delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation at the time your purchase leaves the warehouse along with tracking information where applicable.
Splitlip Fightwear makes every effort to track and correct any errors in shipment; we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage of goods.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for exchange instructions. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products MUST be in absolutely new and unused condition for an exchange. We do not offer a refund policy.
